By obtaining TÜV certifications, you ensure that the interests of management, customers, employees, and partners are aligned. Each of these groups has its own specific requirements for the assessment. When these harmoniously work together, it increases the satisfaction of customers and employees. Therefore, we have ourselves examined annually to improve quality and continue doing so. Once again, all processes were reviewed and the requirements met. Thus, a neutral control instance guarantees the quality that we promise you.

Due to some internal changes at TÜV Nord, we sought certification from TÜV Saarland. This means for you as a patient a renewed confirmation from a second neutral instance, thus a plus point for you. Additionally, this year the new data protection law came into effect, which meant we had to prove that we meet all requirements regarding the storage and use of data; because your safety is important to us.

The clinic is also under constant control by the JCI. It also successfully achieved re-certification with flying colors. You can thus continue to expect a high level of service and quality. From the admission to the clinic, through the treatment to the aftercare, everything meets the usual European standard.

Of course, it is not limited to a certification round for all eternity. We must improve the quality annually and continue in this way. In 2014, the second certification examination took place. Again, all processes were examined and the second certificate was awarded.

Quality is a commitment! Since we not only want to offer this quality in our service, but also the clinic we have selected must guarantee this, we have encouraged the clinic to also strive for a quality certification. The American accreditation organization Joint Commission International assesses clinics worldwide based on over 600 criteria, including hygiene, patient care, and organization. Because impeccable quality of care and treatments is important to us, this was unavoidable. 

As the quality and sense of security of our patients are important to us, we wanted to stand out from the crowd and involve an impartial assessor. This led us to pursue certification through TÜV Nord. All processes, promises, and procedures were checked. Ultimately, in 2012, we achieved certification, of which we are very proud, as we are the first and only agency to have passed this examination.
