I am absolutely thrilled with everything – from the planning and the WhatsApp service to the flight, hotel, clinic, and transfer, and everything else. The doctors at the clinic are experienced, long-term experts who work with the latest equipment and apply the newest surgical techniques. I had long thought about getting my eyes lasered, but I was also afraid of it. After my sister had positive experiences with BeautyTravels24 and was also satisfied with the clinic, I decided to contact the agency to ask about the costs and the process.
Let's start with the communication. Although Turkish is my mother tongue, I was very happy that I could communicate in German from my first inquiry until the last day in Istanbul and that everything I wanted to know was understood. (German is simply easier for me.) After I asked my questions via WhatsApp and decided on the laser treatment, I sent some documents and got an appointment. It worked out, and I flew there. My best friend and I were picked up at the airport by the BeautyTravels24 shuttle and taken to the hotel. We checked in, settled into our room, and relaxed for a bit. The next day, we were picked up by the shuttle again and taken to the clinic. The clinic (a private clinic) is very beautiful and modern both inside and out. You immediately feel at home. The receptionist picked us up at the entrance and took us to the department for eye laser surgery.
You really don’t need to worry about the language; everyone speaks Turkish, German, English, French… So you don’t have to worry about someone not understanding you. Tests were then carried out to determine the suitable method. There are different methods of eye laser surgery.
If you are suitable for one of the methods, you will be prepared for the operation. You will also not be left alone in the operating room.
After the operation, you will be taken care of by an accompanying person who will explain everything to you about what happens next, how to use the eye drops, etc.
We were then taken back to the hotel, and the next day I had my follow-up appointment. The doctor examined my eyes again to check if everything had gone well and if my eyes looked as they should after the operation. There are then eye drops that you should use regularly, especially for the healing process.
And then the stay is over… On the last day, you will be picked up from the hotel, taken to the airport, and can continue your life without glasses.
As you can hear, I was really extremely satisfied, especially because you can communicate in German, everything is perfectly organized, and you don’t have to worry about anything – neither the how, where, what, nor when – as you are always in contact with BeautyTravels24 and are informed in good time about the next step.
I would definitely book through this agency again. A year after the operation, I am still incredibly happy with the result and glad I don’t have to wear glasses anymore, as they really bothered me a lot.

Wow wow wow wow!!!! I was initially a bit skeptical and had to overcome my fear of booking. It was VERY spontaneous, if not too spontaneous 😂 I made a quick call and booked the flight 5 minutes later. Two days later I was already in Istanbul. The pickup from the airport was great and the service all around was nearly perfect, without exaggeration. Unfortunately, the driver did not speak German, which didn’t bother me at all, but I think it should be mentioned as a small note (although it's not strictly necessary). No sooner had I arrived at the hotel than I received a call that I could be picked up directly for the operation, instead of as planned the next day (of course, I could decide), and I immediately accepted the offer. That's how quickly it can happen. I had barely arrived when I was already being treated with laser. The service at the clinic is simply indescribable. The staff there are so friendly!!! I struggled with severe panic in the elevator and on the way to the clinic. My fears were quickly dispelled just by the friendly team. I would do it again anytime (even though the first 6-10 hours after the surgery were hell... (PRK)), but it was worth it. I just got home and can hardly believe my luck. Just do it! It’s better to get it done once than to wear glasses for years.

It was VERY spontaneous, if not too spontaneous 😂 I made a quick call and booked the flight 5 minutes later. Two days later I was already in Istanbul. Unfortunately, the driver did not speak German, which didn’t bother me at all, but I think it should be mentioned as a small note (although it's not strictly necessary). No sooner had I arrived at the hotel than I received a call that I could be picked up directly for the operation, instead of as planned the next day (of course, I could decide), and I immediately accepted the offer. That's how quickly it can happen. I had barely arrived when I was already being treated with laser. The service at the clinic is simply indescribable. The staff there are so friendly!!! I struggled with severe panic in the elevator and on the way to the clinic. My fears were quickly dispelled just by the friendly team. I would do it again anytime (even though the first 6-10 hours after the surgery were hell... (PRK)), but it was worth it. I just got home and can hardly believe my luck. Just do it! It’s better to get it done once than to wear glasses for years.

After the operation, you will be taken care of by an accompanying person who will explain everything to you about what happens next, how to use the eye drops, etc.
We were then taken back to the hotel, and the next day I had my follow-up appointment. The doctor examined my eyes again to check if everything had gone well and if my eyes looked as they should after the operation. There are then eye drops that you should use regularly, especially for the healing process.
And then the stay is over… On the last day, you will be picked up from the hotel, taken to the airport, and can continue your life without glasses.
As you can hear, I was really extremely satisfied, especially because you can communicate in German, everything is perfectly organized, and you don’t have to worry about anything – neither the how, where, what, nor when – as you are always in contact with BeautyTravels24 and are informed in good time about the next step.

After the operation, you will be taken care of by an accompanying person who will explain everything to you about what happens next, how to use the eye drops, etc.
We were then taken back to the hotel, and the next day I had my follow-up appointment. The doctor examined my eyes again to check if everything had gone well and if my eyes looked as they should after the operation. There are then eye drops that you should use regularly, especially for the healing process.
And then the stay is over… On the last day, you will be picked up from the hotel, taken to the airport, and can continue your life without glasses.
As you can hear, I was really extremely satisfied, especially because you can communicate in German, everything is perfectly organized, and you don’t have to worry about anything – neither the how, where, what, nor when – as you are always in contact with BeautyTravels24 and are informed in good time about the next step.

Wow wow wow wow!!!! I was initially a bit skeptical and had to overcome my fear of booking. It was VERY spontaneous, if not too spontaneous 😂 I made a quick call and booked the flight 5 minutes later. Two days later I was already in Istanbul. The pickup from the airport was great and the service all around was nearly perfect, without exaggeration. Unfortunately, the driver did not speak German, which didn’t bother me at all, but I think it should be mentioned as a small note (although it's not strictly necessary). No sooner had I arrived at the hotel than I received a call that I could be picked up directly for the operation, instead of as planned the next day (of course, I could decide), and I immediately accepted the offer. That's how quickly it can happen. I had barely arrived when I was already being treated with laser. The service at the clinic is simply indescribable. The staff there are so friendly!!! I struggled with severe panic in the elevator and on the way to the clinic. My fears were quickly dispelled just by the friendly team. I would do it again anytime (even though the first 6-10 hours after the surgery were hell... (PRK)), but it was worth it. I just got home and can hardly believe my luck. Just do it! It’s better to get it done once than to wear glasses for years.
