The horizontal graft that holds the nasal seats is fixed with a few stitches. Two additional horizontal cuts ensure that the nose becomes even slimmer by compressing it afterward. Additionally, narrow silicone wings are inserted into the nose to stabilize the overall impression. The entire procedure leaves no externally visible scars.
