Everything is perfectly organized, all staff, including the hotel personnel, are very friendly and accommodating, and take excellent care of you. You can ask questions via WhatsApp at any time and therefore never feel neglected. I would come back anytime!

At first, I was quite nervous and skeptical about having surgery abroad, but as soon as I arrived at the airport, I felt immediately at ease. As promised, a very friendly driver was waiting with a sign, took our luggage, and brought us to the shuttle bus. He offered us water, enabled us to access the Wi-Fi, and drove us to the hotel. The check-in went smoothly, the room was very large and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The driver informed me in detail about the procedure. Right in front of the building, we were welcomed by the clinic staff and taken to the reception. I was surprised by how many spoke fluent German. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, and some were even quite funny – which greatly eased my nervousness. My surgeon, who performed the nose correction, naturally did not speak German, but the interpreters translated everything perfectly. The surgeon made a very professional impression, and everything was explained to me in detail, including the opportunity to express my wishes and see examples of the procedure. Later, we moved into our room, which was huge and offered a fantastic view – and everything was very clean. The only downside was that my companion had to sleep on a firm sofa at night. This was not a problem for her, as she is quite petite, but my husband would not have fit. Everything went very quickly until the operation, and my friend was kept informed at all times. After the operation, I received excellent care. Throughout the night, nurses came hourly to change the cooling pads for my eyes. I buzzed two or three times because the bandage under my nose was soaked with blood. The nurses came immediately, cleaned everything carefully, and changed the bandage. It is also worth mentioning that my companion even had lunch and dinner brought to the room on the day of the operation. The morning after the operation, the doctor came and explained the procedure and the process in detail. He even recorded a video right after the operation, which he showed me so I could see my nose – I found that incredibly thoughtful! Afterwards, I was discharged – although if I had wanted, I could have stayed one more night. We were then taken back to the hotel.
As the packing in my nose loosened – I had strong bleeding at first – I simply sent a message to the WhatsApp number I had been previously provided. I received an immediate response, and fresh bandages were brought to the hotel. That was really great. During my entire stay, I could contact the clinic via WhatsApp at any time and ask questions.
