In the DHI procedure, the so-called Choi Implanter Pen is used, a specially developed instrument that allows hair follicles to be implanted directly and precisely into the recipient area. The grafts are placed without prior channel opening, which protects the tissue and allows for very accurate placement along the natural growth direction.

The extraction of hair follicles is performed gently using the FUE Gold technique, depending on individual anatomy. Gold-plated instruments that are particularly well tolerated by the body are used. Subsequently, the grafts are either transplanted with the DHI Pen or manually - depending on personal conditions. Both methods aim for a natural, uniform result with minimal strain on the scalp.
