Your Individual Treatment Guide at a Glance

Day 1

Arrival in Istanbul

After passing through passport control and receiving your luggage, please proceed to the airport's arrival hall. The driver will be waiting for you with a Beauty Travels 24 sign and will take you to the hotel. He will also contact your personal assistant, who will provide you with important tips for your stay.

After your arrival at the 4-star Radisson, you can spend the rest of the day as you wish – whether you want to relax at the hotel or gather your first impressions of Istanbul. You will receive the Wi-Fi access directly at the reception, so you can stay connected at any time. The day of arrival is completely at your disposal.

Day 2

Pre-Examination and Treatment

In the morning, you will be picked up directly from the hotel and taken to the clinic. This will be followed by a preliminary examination and an in-depth conversation in German with your treating physician. Your German-speaking support will be by your side throughout the entire conversation and afterwards! Here it will be decided which Lasik technique is best suited for your eyes.

The operation, which has been tailored to you and discussed in detail beforehand, will take place around noon/afternoon. Until the time of the operation, you can relax in the Beauty Travels 24 waiting lounge and help yourself to coffee or fruit.

Immediately after the operation, the doctor will check your eyes once more.

Payment Only After the Preliminary Examination and Consultation

Payment is made only after the detailed preliminary examination and the personal conversation with the attending physician. This ensures that you only pay when your treatment is medically appropriate – completely without any financial risk to you.

Day 3

Aftercare and Discharge

On the following day, your follow-up examination will take place. There, you can discuss any open questions with the treating physician. You will receive your treatment report as well as the invoice in German.

With a good treatment result and clear information for the coming days, you will begin your journey home. Our team will personally bid you farewell and ensure a smooth airport transfer. You can then depart. The transfer will pick you up about three to four hours before your flight at the hotel and take you to the airport. Please plan your return flight for the afternoon – alternatively, you can extend your stay to a total of three nights.

Day 5

Itinerary for Lens Implantations

In the case of a lens implantation, a somewhat longer stay is planned, as preparation and follow-up checks require more time.

On the third day of your stay, the actual lens implantation takes place. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis, and you will then be closely monitored. The following day, the important follow-up examination occurs, during which the healing process is checked and the vision results are evaluated.

On the day of departure, a further follow-up examination can be conducted upon request to ensure additional safety before your journey home. In total, you should plan for four overnight stays in Istanbul for the lens implantation. Until your transfer back to the airport, you will have free time; about three to four hours before your flight, you will be picked up from the hotel and safely taken to the airport.
